During registration on jari4d, you provide your email address, a username, a password, and a mobile phone number. This information is used to verify your account, send you support messages, and enable account recovery. For small deposits and bets, no further verification is needed immediately. When you request larger withdrawals or reach certain account thresholds, we ask you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification—this means submitting a copy of your government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID card) and a selfie holding your ID next to your face. KYC verification helps us comply with regulations and prevent fraud. The process usually takes a few business hours to review. Withdrawal processing takes a standard business window—typically one to three business days, depending on your bank or e-wallet provider. Yes, we at jari4d support all four major Indonesian banks: online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment. When you tap "Deposit" in your jari4d account, select "Bank Transfer" and choose your bank. We will generate a unique virtual account (VA) code for you. Transfer the amount from your personal bank account to this VA code. Once our system detects the deposit in your VA, your jari4d account balance is credited automatically—usually within a few minutes during banking hours, or by the next business day if you transfer outside banking hours. For withdrawals to the same bank account, the process reverses: we transfer your funds back to the account from which you made your deposit. If you no longer have access to that account, contact our support team to arrange an alternative withdrawal method. Bank transfers from Medan, Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, and Semarang are all supported without regional restrictions.

You have the right to request that we at jari4d delete your personal data. To do so, sign in to your jari4d account, go to Account Settings → Privacy → "Request data deletion", and submit the form. Alternatively, email our data protection team at [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and your username. We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days. Deletion takes effect after we process any pending transactions and settle your account balance (you may request a withdrawal before deletion). Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory reasons (transaction records, KYC documents) for a set period after your account closes.
